Interview summary sheet The interview position is planning strategic manager – Mr. Abdulla Al Qubaisi The chairmen is Mr. Hedley The interviewers are Mr. Othman & Mr. Saif The interview timing was 14:30 afternoon, in the meeting room Introduction about himself:- His name is Abdulla Al Qubaisi; he’s 22 years old working in Abu Dhabi Court; he’s a hard worker in the filing department supporting & helping a lot of customer’s on a daily basis. The first question was, what is your greatest strength? I’m a hard worker, dealing with many files per day. The second question was, can you work under pressure? His current job is serving around 100 customers & many cases on a daily basis. The third question was, what are your goals? After graduation from HCT he would like to complete his master to be a planning strategic manager. The fourth question was, what are your outside interests? He goes to one gym in his free time likes boxing. The fifth question was, where could you use some improvement? He could control himself under any pressure in & out of working time. The sixth question was, how do you feel about working nights and weekends? He wishes to work in the morning shift since he is studying in the afternoon at HCT ADMC. He asked, What will my job be? What will be my responsibility in the job? He will be working in a team under the direction of his boss.
